Genomics: The Story of our Lives

Genomics is how we understand what makes us so similar yet so unique. It’s the study of all our DNA. Genomics reveals how genetic variations can influence a person’s health, response to treatments and susceptibility to diseases. It can be used as a tool to personalise treatments and target rare diseases. In a world where health disparities persist, equitable access to genomics is crucial to global health.

To tell the story of genomics, we collaborated with Supernormal to create a series of films. The narrative is designed to resonate on an emotional level, breaking down the complex topic into a relatable story. It tells the story of genomics through a simple, impactful metaphor—the world as a library, with each individual as a unique book composed of a genetic code that describes why we are the way we are.

The film is supported by a suite of other assets to amplify the message to different audiences. Including a series of posters, social tiles, TikTok Q+As, and downloadable tool kits for global markets, translated into multiple languages.
