Time management - you’re a grown-up, and you know how to manage your own time, set expectations around delivery, and communicate with the teams around you on what’s needed to deliver creative projects effectively.
Staying on the pulse - at Daylight, we thrive on creating ideas that work across channels, embed in culture and thrive in different media environments; it’s key that you’re conscious of this and passionate about building ideas in different ways.
