  • Input into product roadmaps, working with clients and internal teams to align on strategic priorities and milestones.
  • Facilitate user testing and interviews to uncover insights that inform experience design.
  • Oversee usability testing and data analysis, ensuring product decisions are evidence-based and performance-driven.
  • Partner with client teams to educate and align stakeholders on product vision and execution.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices, ensuring our work is innovative and future-ready.

  • A Figma pro - deeply engaged with the software and can lead the way in how it’s embedded within the business and with our design team
  • Experience working with leading cross-functional teams and working closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach, comfortable with analytics tools, A/B testing, and measuring user engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to present ideas, facilitate workshops, and gain buy-in from teams and clients.
