In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with department leads across creative, production, and account management to ensure our projects run smoothly, our teams are supported, and our resourcing stays one step ahead.
But it’s more than just logistics. You’ll also help shape the energy of the studio, keeping the office humming, nurturing a vibrant culture, and making Daylight a place people genuinely love coming to work every day.

- Helping to drive internal operations, including onboarding, offboarding, set-up of team training sessions and culture-building activities
- Keeping things humming, helping alongside the finance manager and general manager with office logistics and event planning
- Awards coordination, alongside the communications manager, supporting award entries and administration
