Job description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Digital Producer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital projects for a range of clients. Working closely with our Digital Production Lead and wider digital team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating client communication, managing project timelines, and overseeing production workflows to ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the management of digital projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Work closely with internal teams, tracking progress and supporting task coordination to ensure that everyone is aligned on project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports and schedules, keeping teams and clients informed of key milestones.
Client Support
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, helping to answer questions and provide regular project updates.
- Support the project lead in managing client expectations and gathering client feedback.
- Develop a solid understanding of client objectives, ensuring project activities align with their goals.
Quality Control:
- Conduct preliminary quality checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet project standards before final reviews.
- Help track project requirements and specifications, confirming that all work aligns with the client’s brand and project guidelines.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist with tracking project budgets and resource allocations, helping to monitor expenses and flagging any risks to project leads.
- Provide support with cost estimates, proposals, and other administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital production, project coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and a basic understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams and clients.
- Basic technical knowledge of digital products (websites, apps) and familiarity with the digital production process.
