GALAH, an independent publisher documenting life in regional Australia, had cultivated a loyal community through its beautifully crafted quarterly print magazine.

However, with a growing newsletter audience, e-commerce store, and subscriber-only content, GALAH needed to rethink its digital platform - one that could seamlessly integrate these elements, enhance audience engagement, and drive revenue.

The challenge was to create a cohesive experience that reflected the magazine's storytelling ethos, while creating a strong path to purchase.

We developed a bold identity system, inspired by the magazine’s aesthetic and narrative spirit, aligning the digital experience with the feel of print. Now, every touchpoint sits within one cohesive brand.

The platform integrates Shopify with a subscription management system, making it easy for readers to purchase the magazine and access exclusive content.

Supported by a robust CRM system, subscribers receive personalised newsletters from editor Annabelle Hickson. To amplify reach, we also created a suite of out-of-home and social assets, inviting audiences across Australia to connect with GALAH, wherever they are.
